This is my go-to vegan parmesan topping recipe as it uses pantry staples and is ready in under 2 minutes. Simply blend raw cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast and salt into a course powder. It’s that easy!

This 2 minute nutty vegan parmesan recipe makes a delicious cheesy topping, perfect for pasta dishes, risotto and salads.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C Cashews - raw
- 1/2 C Almonds - raw
- 1/2 C Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes to form a powder. I prefer mine more granulated/texturised than powdery so adjust blend time to your liking.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
