My go-to Nutty vegan parmesan recipe – ready in 2 minutes

My simple vegan parmesan recipe uses just 4 ingredients to create a delicious cheesy seasoning. It’s so tasty that you’ll find yourself using it as a topping to everything. Nutty vegan parmesan is especially great sprinkled onto pasta, risotto, soups and salads.

This is my go-to vegan parmesan topping recipe as it uses pantry staples and is ready in under 2 minutes. Simply blend raw cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast and salt into a course powder. It’s that easy!
